Christopher P. Wadley
President, Senior Advisor

Christopher P. Wadley (aka Chris “Sr.”) began his career in the securities industry in 1970 working for a large insurance company. Following the passage of ERISA, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, he recognized this was a great opportunity for him to go out on his own and founded Pension Specialists, Inc. in 1976 to design and administer retirement plans.

After twenty years of successful operation, he expanded by forming Key Financial Group to manage the investments in retirement plans as well as offering investment management and financial planning to individuals. Technological advances allowed outdated commission-based investment management systems to be replaced by the simpler, more transparent fee-based management system, and Key Financial Group now operates entirely on that system.

Pension Specialists, Inc. now operates as a subsidiary of Key Financial Group.
